1)Premaxillary implants leaves around 3 weeks of swelling but 1 week is enough. There is a temporal effect on the appearance of the nose.

2)You have a bulbouse nose? After the surgery it completely depends on the doctor on how much the exterior feature will be changed. Apparently the swelling lasts for 4 weeks but after getting rid of the splint there will be noticeable changes.
