In my opinion according to your symptoms what you have is not a sinusitis but allergic rhinitis. Thick purulent discharge is the main symptom with sinusitis. AR is incurable and can be only ameliorated by medication. It's not an illness that requires surgery fundamentally. Well if you have sinusitis you can do both rhinoplasty and a surgery for sinusitis since there is no problem. AR and rhinoplasty also have no problem when done together.
