I have lots of experience in contracted nose which could be happened after several operations infection and hypersensitivity reaction of implants.
Contracted nose means shorter narrower and harder nose. That kind of nose needs lengthening elevating and widening. Sometimes some skin problem could be happen because of skin shortage espicially in columella area. We could treat it using local nasal septal mucosal flap. If you send me your pictures I would be able to give you more information. Furthermore I will show you similiar case to you.
And when Ms. Choi answered maximum augmentation is 1 Cm she was talking about average augmentation of Asian. Extreme projection is surely possible.
