Ok Dr. Jung you had replied that during pre-maxillay augmentation a muscle called superior labii is lifted and put back. My question is that if i had just had this procedure done about 4 weeks ago and i think i need to take it out if you keep operate again and keep on lifting the muscle up will it have some kind of negative long term effect?? im afraid that my muscles are not fully recovered but the thing is i have to remove the implant because its bothering me.

Also you had said that  Pre-maxillary implant is very common around here how common is it that you have to reposition a pre-max implant??
