This patient thanks God for meeting me and getting the nose fixed rather than blaming on whoever had made her nose look as it was before.

By using rib cartilage I was able to extend the nose to 1cm. 6 months later I will perform another surgery to shape the nose.

This is a picture of a contractured nose due to the use of silicone. The skin had become as hard as stone so it was impossible to expand the skin and so it was a very difficult surgery. This patient will probably use rib cartilage for the contractured nose.
