The radix (nose bridge portion) typically appears too high immediately after surgery. This is due to a combination of post operative swelling and the fact that we purposely raise the radix a little higher to allow for some resorption of the cartilage/settling of the implant after surgery. The final height will only be apparent after 3-6 months after surgery.
