here I like to ask questions.
By using a method of a fracture both side of
a bridge of nose can get narrow. But
on the contrary i want it get wide by a method of
implant. I have learned that  i  can get wide by
using my own bone.
 Do you think that is it all right and possible?
and if i have something wrong with my implant can it be took out? I am worried. please advise me
