Dear Doctor
I live in the United States and have been thinking
about having rhinoplasty procedure for a long time.
I have consulted with a few very prestigious doctors
here in California however I am still hoping to find
the best Asian doctor who knows about Asians faces
well.
I am very impressed in your website and have a few
questions below I hoping you can help me to answer my
questions and hopefully be able to travel to Korea for
the procedure.
Here are what I like to accomplish:
1. raise nasal bridge I have a very flat nose so I
assume you need to use implant?
2. the tip of my nose is very round and kind of
bulbous I like to refine that to make is pointer and
pro-long a little bit do you normally use my own
cartilage for this?
3. you mention you like to use "open" technique do
you also use general anesthesia? I heard there are
quite a few of side effects of general anesthesia?
4. how much pain is there? Since I live so far away
how long should I anticipate to stay in Korea? Do you
offer or can you recommend accomodations?
5. Sorry this might be a rude question to ask but as
you know a credential plastic surgeon would need to be
certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in
order to ensure that the surgeon is qualified and that
the patient is protected by laws. Are you under that
same / similar certification in Korea? Where and what
can I go or do if anything bad happens?
6. Lastly can you please provide me with a rough
estimate as to how much the procedure will cost? Do
you operate in a hospital? Should I stay in a hotel
or in a hospital?


I am Chinese and can't speak Korean I like to call to
your clinic and is wondering can I speak English?
How should I schedule the surgery and post-op visits?
