Hi,

I have a nose that is generally broad and bulky with a bulbous nasal tip. I had rhinoplasty for the 2nd time in Mar this year hoping the procedure can address some of concerns and improve this aspect of my appearance. I used autologous material from my rib. It has been 5 mths but I see very little in terms of improvement. I was wondering if the thickness of my skin has inherently limited the potential narrowing I can achieve with a rhinoplasty? My surgeon says I have thick skin and does this really place a significant restriction on the degree of narrowing I can everhope to achieve? Or is it too soon to pass judgement at the 5 month mark? How long do I have to wait before having this revised? I read that typically doctors recommend a year in between but what are the risks etc in going for a revision before one yr is up? Many thanks.
