Hi Doctor,

I'm torn between using Gortex implant or donated rib to increase my dorsum height.  What's the resorption or warp rate for donated rib cartilage? Which material would yield the most natural looking nose? How much does the donated rib rhinoplasty cost? 

I'm concerned that gortex will be very difficult to remove if the nose gets infected. Does goretex shift, extrude, or become visible like silicone over time?  What's the infection rate for gortex?
