Could you explaint what you mean by "If the skin stretched once, implanted donated rib does not count" in a another thread. May I ask if currently i am using septal cartilage for lengthenning my nose. If i am not satisified by the height of the tip, could donated rib cartilage used in together with the septal cartilage or must my septal cartilage be replacd totally by donated rib cartilage? What will happen if 100% absorption occurs? does it mean the whole nose tip will drop? Thank you in advance for your kind advice.
