hi, i"ve seen a case from the page of the secondary rhinoplasty .There a patient who actually having a same problem as mine.As i had already have my nose job done ,but there a mark of a silicone implant..And the tip of the nose had bruising .its has been like nearly 1 year already .AS my plastic surgoen told me it will go away eventually .BUt after a year the bruising still remain.And  i "m really concern that the implant will eventually com out .
