I am 10 months post op from my primary rhino. I had closed rhinoplasty, with alarplasty and silastic i-shape implant on bridge, ear cartilage on tip. I am unhappy with the results, as I now have severe hanging columnella and very bad alar scars.

Just last week, my nose bridge started to hurt, just between the eyes. No visible difference, not red, but there issharp pain.  What do you think I should do?
