I would like to have a primary rhinoplasty at your clinic. I already have a high nose bridge so I don't require nose implant or grafts. I have a wide, big, large nose and I want to make it smaller. I also have big nostrils. My bridge is very slightly hooked so I would like the bone to be shaved down slightly.  Will there be any visible scars after the surgery? What is the cost for a primary rhinoplasty without nose implant? Thank you very much,
