I just come back from 41th international cosmetic congress in Sofia.
I can give more accurate information If I see your nose.
Usual cost is about USD 3300. But if you decide to use your own rib cartilage  it cost a bit more USD 4500.
One week after the operation there is no special problem.
If you are not satisfy the result I will give reoperation anytime if you want it.
But you know I am giving just rhinoplasty. Unsatisfied rate and other side effect rate is much less than other clinic.
