You need an alar reduction because of wide alar.
I recommend your nasal tip will be longer and higher, your nasal dorsum will be higher, your nasal tip will be narrower.

We use septal cartilage and ear cartilage for nasal tip surgery.
This is safest method.

And We use Goretex or Silcone for nasal dorsum augmentation.
Goretex makes your nose be natural.
Silicone makes your nose be a little artificial.

If your skin is very thick, I recommend to use Silicone.
Most of cases, I use Goretex.

And I recommend you 'upper blepharoplasty' for your eyes. It makes your eyes look more wider and bigger than before. And fat grafting also can be helpful to you too.
