I had rhinoplasty before but my nose is still 'short.' I have no more nasal septum cartilage since it has already been harvested from the previous surgery. If i want to lengthen my nose, and lower nostril rim to reduce nostril exposure, can you use ear cartilage for both? Or what would you use? thanks.
