Goretex and donated rib have same infection rate of 1%. (Chances of infection are the same for all materials.)
We do not use donated rib for dorsal augmentation.
We can make a natural looking nose with any material.
Unlike the silicone Goretex does not shift,extrude, or become visible nearly over time.
