This is Cecile Santiago, I'm from the Philippines, I've undergone three rhinoplasties and the most recent one (5 years ago) was an alar reduction. However, afterwards I had difficulty breathing. Is it possible to fix my nose? I'd like to see successful procedures of problems similar to mine.

I'm planning on going to Korea next month to undergo a fat graft, should I get my nose done before or after the fat graft? Please give me a quotation and suggestions. Thank you!
