I've had 4 rhinoplasty in the past.  The first was 25 years ago with cheekbone implants .  I still have those but because of 1 small alteration to my nose it spiraled into 3 more revisions that is not totally satisfactory.  Also because my nose is so low,  not enough projection and not symmetrical my paranasal area is very flat.  I'm scared to touch my nose for a worse surgery and I'm thinking maybe just the noble surgery would improve the look.  I do have medpore in the septum and ear cartledge to the tip and surrounding nose areas.  I would rather have rib cartilage to either surgery not artificial implants.  How could my situation be improved.
