A patient came to our clinic with her parents and made a scene. They said their daughter's face was ruined by revision. I assured that I'll perform a surgery to correct the problem but they refused and asked for refund. The reason of all this was the unevenness of the arrow area. It doesn't look clearly from the picture but you can feel it if you touch. I didn't have any choice but to give full refund but I think the result of operation should be judged in general sense.
