1.) wont it be harder to cut through muscle than fat?
2.) you harvest the rib from the chest???? i thought you harvest rib from the lower side of the stomach or something?
people who work out have the most muscle around the chest area is why im asking plus a scar on the chest is alot more noticeable than a scar on the lower side of the torso...
