Hi
1. 70-80% of the operations in our clinic are secondary cases. Many cases on this site are secondary rhinoplasty as well.
2.There is no pain when using rib cartilage since general anesthesia is done.
3.We finish all the procedure at once.Correcting a deviated nose or even augmenting later...there is no additional fee.
4.General Asian surgeons attach a cartilage at the end of the implant.However I use only his or her own cartilage graft so I attach it at the tip cartilage of the nose.
