I apologize for my late response.It doens't matter which operation is done before if only the surgeon is skilled enough and aware of the overall result. However the nose is more delicate than the chin as the eyes are more delicate than the nose. Usually the operation is carried out on the delicate areas first.

어떤수술을 먼저하던지 숙달된 의사는 감안하여 수술이 가능하다. 그런데 참고로 턱보다는 코가 코보다는 눈이 더 세밀한 수술이다. 세밀한 수술을 보통은 먼저한다.
