Hello there
Her nose was high enough. It was just that it was wide so it didn't look so. Only the tip was augmented with septal cartilage. The bridge wasn't augmented but the width was reduced. I hope this helped you thank you.

>Sorry for being technical but I am still amazed that this nose had so much projection from just septal cartilage? Did u use cartilage on the bridge? or just the tip...his bridge is perfect.
>
>right now i am deciding whether i should use rib cartilage or septal. If septal can achieve so much height and projection why do you sometimes use rib cartilage?

>>Hello
>>Sorry to answer you now. That patient didn't use any implant. The tip was augmented with septal cartilage. It's always safe to use autologous cartilage for the tip.
