The case of the nose got side effects caused by silicon. 

Inflammation caused by silicon made the bridge of the nose wider and lifted, 

and shorten the tip of the nose.  

Washed fusses out after the silicon removal and operated osteotomy. 

Corrected widen bridge of the nose, and tip of the nose with the septum cartilage 

which was short and lifted.  

6 months after the surgery.
