In hump nose radix and tip is lowwer than middle part.While correcting this one if we remove too much leads to depressed nasal bridge.So do not remove too much hump and elevate height of radix and tip at same time to give symmetric look.If radix is high enough in that case no need of augmentation.Few patient worried about their increased height, but no need of worrying we make natural smooth line.
