In case of correction of contracted nose about six months or one year after fisrt surgery, reoperation is usually required for cosmetic purposes.
If the nose is very short, it could be difficult to complete lenth and shape at the same time.
This photo is an example of contracted nose, 2weeks after surgery looks fine, but a year later the nose was transformed into the form of a polybeak ,so the patient needs reoperation.
If the nose incease in length enough, it does not take much effort to create the look.
