question Title  :  Bulbous nose due to silicone
question Content
After insertion of silicone you will soon feel the widening of the nasal tip.

This happens because of the lower lateral cartilage that is pushed to the outer part due to silicone that is stuck in between the lower lateral cartilage

At first the end will turn out looking sharp and narrowed but later as the time goes by the silicone will break in between the lower cartilage and make the tip flat.

The picture below is the revised form of the widened nasal tip due to insertion of silicone., I am wondering if I should get a revised surgery or not.

I had undergone nose surgery at a private clinic two months ago.

I had the surgery with silicone and alodom. I heard the I and L shaped silicone inside my nose is a standard form and a soft type.

Anyways, the standard size silicone was inserted all the way into the nasal tip and had covered the nasal wings and left no nasal ridge.

Right after the surgery, I was able to tell the nasal wing was hanging. It was still like this after 2 months.

At first my nose looked a bit round with a cute curve and a slight low nasal ridge. But now after the surgery, the nasal wings have become more rounder(maybe it is because of the alodom that covered the top of the silicone.

The round thing has came down all the way.

And so I am pushing it up with my hands.
It stays okay and then it comes back down right when I wake up. I do not like the shape.
I am thinking whether I should get the revised surgery or not.

I would like to get the re surgery from you even if it is expensive. I don't want this to happen again after getting a surgery from a cheap doctor.
I will wait 6 more months and decide then. Is there any other way to correct the drooped nasal tip?

Will it be helpful if I continue to push it up?
