Thanks for the fast reply. I would like to refer to earlier post. You mentioned you could replace my implant without touching on tip. I would like to know if you need to open a new cavity to cater the implant? Can I use silicon? How to prevent sliding of silicon?how long will the surgery last? And can it be done though inner incision instead of open nose surgery? Lastly will it be done at free of charge?
