Hi Doctor,
Is it possible to achieve a very natural looking nose with Gore-tex implant? Or do I have to undergo rib rhinoplasty to get the most natural result? Does the nasal tip feel soft with a Gore-tex implant? When would you recommend rib over gore-tex?
