dear dr jung,
I had my nose done 2 years ago,with L-shaped silicone implant and my doctor never explains the risks of having L-shaped silicone until I read it my self on some articles that say it will continue thinning the tip overtime and worse deviated or extrude over time.
I want to ask does L shaped silicone really has those risks?If it's true I want your advice whether I should do my revision as soon as possible or should I wait until I have any complications. Because now my nose looks good and normal,but the tip is pointy and hard when people touch it,and basically I don't like people commenting on how hard it is.
