Hi Doctor,
On 29th June, 2012, I went for rhinoplasty to remove the hump on my nose, osteotomy, and also I did alarplasty, by a surgeon who is supposed to be one of the best "Facial Feminization" surgeon in Bangkok, Thailand.
No implant was used in my primary rhinoplasty. No graft was used as well.
The outcome of the surgery is very disappointing. I am now left with a deformed nose. My nose (septum), tip, and columella are obviously deviated. Nostrils are not symmetry, one nostril is higher than the other.
Please find attached my before and after photos.
I am looking for revision, please advise if this problem can be corrected, and if yes, what is the cost for this kind of revision.
