If you want to do the lasering on your face, except the nose, you can do it from 1month after surgery. Because the swelling and skin bruish can persist upto a month. It would better do the lasering when after every swelling is disappeared.
But If you want to do the lasering with your nose including incision line, we recommand to do that 6months after surgery. Because the scar of incision line will mature till 6months after surgery. We recommand you do any other procedure on your incision line when after the scar is entirely matured. And after 6months, you can hardly see the incision line.
