Hello
Well there is no material with absolutely no negative aspects. In case of women I recommend gore-tex for the brige and septal cartilage or/and ear cartilage for the tip. The shape depends on the surgeon not the material. I believe that aesthetic surgery is a part of an art work.

It brings numerous effects in the later stages.Hence to have a beautifully nose done without much side-effects which material and method would u strongly recommend? Thank. Pls reply
