Paranasal augmentation is lifting up the nasolabial fold(arrow). It's more towards the inferior medial than the cheek. People with flat noses who have this area flat as well might seem like they have projected mouth and malar area. If the area(arrow) is hollow one seems old and indigent; so Korean people call this operation "noble operation."

>In your recent surgeries gallery you have a patient with paranasal augmentation. Exactly what does this mean what was augmented? Where is the location of the implant? Could you provide an arrow in the pictures? Are the results of this procedure more apparent from the profile?

>Also what is a premaxillary implant? Is that a cheek implant?
>
>Also in talking about a forehead augmentation you mentioned the philtrum. What is that?
>
>Thanks.
