Commonly people say although silicone has many side effects it makes the finest form. But that is not true.Every silicone that is made from the factory cannot fit right with everyone's face. This is a patient who had a revised surgery 21 years ago with silicone saying that it looks too artificial. This person wanted a natural look. 

This is a person who was really satisfied with the shape of her nose with silicone. I myself feel that it looked really pretty. But the only problem was the silicone that overlapped the nose all the way down to the nasal tip. This caused the line of the silicone to show.

But now this person feels most satisfied with the form after removing the silicone. This person preferred to make the nose a little higher and to  make the tip with his own cartilage and so now the sharp stiff silicone look had disappeared giving a smooth curved look.
