This is a revision surgery of crooked silicone and crushed nostrils due to the pressure from the tip. There are many cases where the cartilage is not placed right on its designated spot. This patient was one of them and it is much more difficult to shape the nasal tip.

Compare if the shape of the silicone is prettier. The material is not what determines the shape. Whatever the material the doctor's aesthetic ability is what is most important.
