This is a case of revision of contracted nose with using rib cartilage. 

2 weeks after the surgery.

For correcting the part of right side of contracted nostril, we used the projection graft.

The right side of nostril is looked swollen and long just for now, 

 but after the recovery, it will be the same shape with the left side of nostril.
