This is a case where a nose tip is very bumpy and the ridge of the nose is very blunt making the entire nose looking flat. the tip of the nose and narrowed the ridge of the nose then highered the nose and undoubtedly underwent maxillary operation. Gore tex was used for the ridge and nasal septum cartilage for the tip of the nose.
