The size of the two nostrils are uneven. This surgery also requires proficient technique. We sometimes remove the skin and stick and stitch it dissymmeterically. This person had undergone many surgeries due to accidents and atlast found our clinic. This person first removed the scar and second is the picture where she transplanted the skin of the ear and cartilage to extend the nostrils.(see arrow).The clear arrow is the picture taken after the surgery with no scars on her face.
