If the nose is too low we can't use gore tex. It is because it will cause to pull the skin and that is really dangerous.
In this case I suggest you use self cartilage.
When you go to other private clinics and say you want to use your cartilage they will probably suggest you use silicone. There are both merits and demerits to it but I would say using self cartilage is the best choice.
