The patient had a operation correcting cartilage structure. Silicone implant has caused the change of cartilage.
The implant caused deformity of nasal columna and left scar. The reason for using this long silicone implant is to augment nasal tip but autograft must be used for nasal tip augmentation. Safety is prior to shape.
