Many patients who come to our clinic to correct their flat nose often turn out to have small nose. Small nose include flat short and turned up nose. For small noses nose lenthening should be done with aumentation for optimal result. If augmentation is done without lengthening the nose will look more turned up. Therefore nose lengthening is more important than augmentation for correction of small nose.

And many of patiens who have small nose also have paranasal depression. For these patients paranasal augmentation enhances the result of nose augmentation.
