Well it's harder to reduce a big nose such as a bulbous case than augmenting. In such cases frequently there is a revision after 6 months of operation to decrease it a bit more. When correcting a bulbous nose the nose needs to be decreased and then augmented narrowly. If it's only made sharp it might reduce the width but it will be higher than expected.
