Recently such operations by injecting the nose to augment with a syringe is being carried out. A slight correction of the contour or a small change is not a problem but if one is too greedy and injects too much then complications occur.
Injection itself is simple but the part one should be aware of is that it's irreversible. It's impossible to eliminate all the liquid that has been injected to the skin. Also liquid can't be shaped easily as one desires. It's the same thing like one can't build a tower with liquid. It's possible to shape it just like that but it's hard when it gets to details.
