If the columella gets deviated the difference of the nostrils get emphazised. No one has even nostrils. However there are few cases in which the columella is a bit different; lower cartilage might be incomplete or silicone must have been inserted wrongly in such case. Pictures 123 shows columella deformation after the operation.
4th picture is congenital and 5th shows the deviated columella due to septal cartilage's deviation. Everything can be corrected but not 100%. Slight difference rather makes one think that they never had an operation before:)
