Commonly they talk about sharpening the nasal tip by transdomal suture. The nostrils' shape are maintained by the lower lateral cartilage. If these two cartilages are pulled and sutured the tip will sharpen and get lifted. However the result is not completely great. It's one of the most basic methods.
