Commonly they express the nose as "Hyori style"(Korean singer) or as a "sharp" nose. Also the younger the patient the sharper they want the nose to be. However rhinoplasty is not something that one can do as the fashion or season changes. The nose stays forever so in case of Asians they need to have a nose close to the average shape of Asians; same for the Westerns. A "natural look" means a nose close to the one God created; and since this shape is kind of "sharp" at the tip people mention it. This picture is a case of an extremely sharp tip. There are some people who prefer this shape however it doens't look natural although it's sharp because it's not a shape that usually human have. What I mean here includes two things: the fact that one can tell they had surgery and the fact that it doens't look like an average human nose. Human nose doens't look sharp like a triangle.
