Contracted nose is hard to lengthen because its skin is too hard. Even if it could get lengthened a bit additional operation should be done once or twice  because it's hard to get the shape with a bit of lengthening only. If 1cm is lengthened strongly then 0.5cm will get lengthened. I hope to meet Michael Jackson soon.
